Accident Reconstruction

Accident Reconstruction is a science from which the circumstances of a traffic accident are proven.  This is accomplished by working backwards from the resulting damage and evidence.  Certain factors such as the length of all skid marks, the conditions of the road surfaces, and the amount of actual crash damage to all of the involved automobiles are used to determine, the speeds and/or directions of travel of the vehicles before the actual collision occurred.  An accident reconstructionist is a person specifically trained to use these scientific procedures to determine the actual collision circumstances. The reconstructionist is an expert witness and is of tremendous benefit, most especially in cases where the fault of the collision is in dispute.  Some police agencies, have their own personnel trained in accident reconstruction who will be assigned to prepare independent reconstruction reports about particularly severe traffic collisions.  Never assume that the police officer who prepared your accident report is a qualified expert.  Often times he or she will not be an expert.   I possess that expertise and I will provide you with expert and professional service that will prove your case.
