Criminal Background Investigation

This report determines whether a potential associate, venture partner, or Subject of inquiry, possesses a history of prosecution and criminal activity. The Federal Court System is the preferred venue for cases involving corporate level crime, income tax fraud, and/or interstate commerce activities.  Local court jurisdictions record information concerning misdemeanor and felony criminal violations.

A Criminal Docket Search will thoroughly scan all of the U.S. District Courts. The search will determine the presence of any current and/or previous charges, court docket numbers, dates, and the dispositions.  This report may have information obtained regarding any of the following:

• Embezzlement

• Tax Fraud and Tax Evasion

• Income Tax Evasion

• Wire and Mail Fraud

• Racketeering/Gambling

• Interstate Commerce Violations

• Drug Activity

• Possession and/or Distribution of Illegal Substances

• State Reportable Offenses

• County Level Non-Reportable Offenses

• Theft, Grand Larceny, Shoplifting

• Burglary and Property Crimes

• Serious Personal Crimes

• Violent and/or Non-Violent Crimes against a Person

• DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) and DUI (Driving Under the Influence) Offenses
